Thomas Stadler is the founder of Xscaleo - a specialized consulting and implementation partner for holistic automation in intralogistics, with a strong focus on Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs)/Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR). With over a decade of experience in automating production and logistics processes, he has supported more than 600 projects across 16 countries – from mid-sized companies to global corporations. He works with machine builders, AGV/AMR manufacturers, and end users to ensure the successful implementation of complex automation initiatives. His mission: to guide companies in the safe, efficient, scalable, and future-proof adoption of AGV/AMR solutions – manufacturer-independent, yet fully integrated into the company’s overall ecosystem.

What sets him apart is his holistic perspective on automation: he connects technology, processes, systems, software architecture, interfaces, and people into one cohesive system.
