Logistics is incredibly versatile and I have experienced this firsthand. Since 2016, my professional journey has taken me from leading projects to commission logistics sites across five different continents and a long term stay in the USA to eventually working in distribution logistics at Schaeffler's industrial production site in Schweinfurt. There, we upgraded existing infrastructures and adapted them to new processes as well as an expanded product portfolio.

Currently, I am the Head of Logistics Data and Systems, working in an exciting and multicultural logistics environment. I collaborate closely with diverse teams from IT, digitalization, and production. The variety of perspectives and experiences within these teams allows us to develop innovative system solutions that ensure greater transparency in production logistics. Furthermore, we drive changes in production through digital system solutions and lay the foundation for AGV solutions and connected manufacturing.
