In addition to her training as a presenter and journalist, she studied musicology & languages and cultures of the Islamic world with a focus on Iran. She works in the field of moderation and journalism for Deutschlandfunk, among others, speaks audio books and travels throughout Germany as a moderator of panels and discussions.
