Sebastian Soltys

Associated with the LPP Group since 2006. Initially responsible for supervising the project
and launching the Group's first distribution centre, currently one of the largest and most
modern facilities of this type in Central Europe, which ensures smooth deliveries to the
stationary sales network of the Reserved, House, Mohito, Cropp and Sinsay brands.
As the Director of the Distribution Centre, he was responsible for the concepts of advanced
automation of the facility and its expansion up to 100 thousand sqm.
In the following years, he served as the Director of Supply Chain Management, managing the
forwarding processes and streams and international distribution of LPP to over 20 countries.
Then, as the Director of International Logistics, he was responsible for establishing LPP's
foreign logistics structure and launching the Group's first extended branch outside of Poland.
In 2018-2019, he held the position of CEO of the logistics operator VGL Group.
Then he joined the LPP Group again, where he currently serves as the CEO of LPP Logistics
- a logistics operator providing services in the field of management of the Group's global
omnichannel logistics processes based on an extensive distribution network including
distribution centers and fulfillment center warehouses with a total area of over 600,000 m2,
located in Poland, Romania and Slovakia.
