Sascha Egener

In his role as Sales Director LYDIA Voice, Sascha Egener has been working for the Ehrhardt Partner
Group at EPG's Aachen site since 2023. This is where the heart of the Pick-by-Voice solution beats. At
home in Aachen, but traveling around the world, he is responsible for the growth of the leading voice
solution for the logistics world.
Looking back on 20 years of experience in the logistics world: Before Sascha Egener joined EPG, he
spent three years as Head of Partner Management at a software company for route optimization
systems and drone logistics, where he was responsible for strategic sales development in DACH &
Europe. Prior to that, from 2002, he realized his career in a software company for artisanal and
industrial bakery products, which is still active in over 30 countries today. In 17 years of company
history, he has held various positions up to Managing Director of the company, which specializes in
software and system solutions for optimizing picking processes based on a pick-by-light system.
