Rafiq Iqbal is an Industry 4.0 expert with over 30 years of experience in industrial robotics. He has supported various innovations in the fields of digital twin and battery technology through to their breakthroughs, particularly in the Machinebuilder and the Automotive industry. He holds an German engineering Dipl. Ing. (FH) degree in Mechatronics, an MBA in International Business Development, and was awarded the Federal Innovation Prize in 2016.
