I am Natalie Stich, 32 years old, married and mother of a wonderful son.

I grew up in logistics. From my studies to my first jobs to logistics and production management at ebmpapst, I have worked in logistics and led teams.

Today, as Plant Manager at ebmpapst, I have the privilege of accompanying a transformation in which logistics processes will change significantly.
