Louis Viera

Is automating manual goods flow processes a good idea? From my day-to-day work, I know
that many companies are still reluctant to do so because it involves a lot of effort and the
processes seem too complicated. I have set myself the task of addressing these reservations
with concrete facts and best practices. My name is Louis Viera and I have been working as
Head of Sales Automation & Intralogistics for Linde Material Handling since 2022. Born and
raised in Aschaffenburg—the home of Linde MH—I initially moved to Hamburg after studying
international technical sales management. I gained eight years of experience there working
as a Key Account Manager for KONE in the elevators and escalators division. In 2020, I
returned to the Rhine-Main region, initially working in key account management at KONE in
Frankfurt, and ultimately to my hometown to work in Linde MH’s Intralogistics department.
This is an extremely exciting industry which allows me to use my knowledge about topics
such as sales, digitalization, networking, artificial intelligence at a world-leading company.
