Jörn Hasenbeck

Jörn Hasenbeck has been plant manager of a brick plant at Wienerberger GmbH for two years. Previously, he worked as Head of Production & Technology in a company in the concrete industry, as Production Manager in the food industry and as Workshop/Manufacturing Manager in a company in the vending machine industry (coffee, water). In all companies and positions, increasing efficiency,
cost optimization and lean management were the central challenges alongside personnel management. In all cases, plant optimization through automation and optimization of intralogistics played a decisive role and will continue to do so in future projects.
