Felix Bockholt

Dr. Felix Bockholt is Head of Production at the Hanover plant of the Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles brand since January 2023. In the plant Multivan and ID. Buzz are produced in series. Dr. Bockholt studied business administration in Osnabrück and received his doctorate in mechanical engineering from the TU Dortmund. Through various international stations and foreign assignments in Eastern and Central Europe as well as South America, Dr. Bockholt accompanied various production ramp-ups in brown- and greenfield-projects. The continuous further development of processes and technologies in inbound and intra logistics plays an essential role today. Dr. Bockholt sees the relevance and thus consideration of local corporate cultural aspects as the necessary key to success for implementing new processes and automation projects.
