Richard van den Dool

Richard van den Dool brings over 25 years of international leadership experience in industrial automation, material handling, and e-mobility. As former CEO of IPT Technology, a pioneer in wireless power transfer since 1996, he transformed the company from an R&D focus to a commercially scalable enterprise. He also oversaw the acquisition of Bombardier’s Primove division, renowned for high-power wireless charging of buses and commercial vehicles. This facilitated the strategic merger with EFD Induction, leading to the creation of ENRX — now a global leader in inductive heating and wireless charging, operating in more than 80 countries.

 

Earlier in his career, Richard held executive positions at Cascade Corporation (forklift attachments), Fluiconnecto / Manuli Group (hydraulic service networks), and Nedis Group (electronics and components distribution). He also worked at Markem-Imaje in the field of industrial automation. Throughout these roles, he has consistently driven innovation in logistics, manufacturing, and industrial operations.
