In my role as Team Leader Transportation Network at Intersnack Deutschland SE, I am responsible for the operational transportation processes and logistics services of the Management Unit Germany.
I lead a dedicated team with whom I optimize transport processes and ensure on-time and cost-efficient delivery.
We are always looking for innovative solutions to optimize logistics processes. A milestone in recent years was the introduction of GPS-controlled transport tracking.
