Mr. Mielke has been working at Metroplan for 14 years and is responsible for process optimization and digitalization projects. His particular focus is on digitalization in purchasing and decentralized procurement as well as on optimizing international logistics.

As part of this activity, customer requirements for efficient and process-reliable logistics for Li-ion batteries are becoming increasingly important. Factors such as long procurement routes from China, fluctuating sales volumes, complex approval requirements as well as aspects of service, 2nd life and disposal must be taken into account. Mr. Mielke has already implemented successful solutions for the entire supply chain and the entire life cycle of Li-ion batteries with his customers.
