Victor Kaupe is Head of Logistics and Transport Management Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) at BASF Coatings, one of the world's leading suppliers of surface solutions.

BASF's Coatings division develops, produces and markets a high-quality range of innovative and sustainable automotive OEM and refinish coatings, decorative paints and surface-applied treatments for metal, plastic and glass substrates for a wide range of industries.

Victor's teams are responsible for the goods receipt of raw materials, production supply and disposal, storage and worldwide shipment of coatings products at plant level. The aim is to always find the most efficient, safest and most reliable way to plan, operate and manage the chemical value chain. Digitalization, lean processes and sustainable solutions are used and innovations are driven forward.
