Sven Eisfeld

As Managing Director Germany at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, Sven Eisfeld has been heading the German organization of the global logistics company situated in Osnabrück since November 2019. Already at a young age, the 42-year-old discovered the career field of logistics for himself by doing student jobs in freight forwarding in the Hanover area. After completing his dual studies at the Cooperative State University “DHBW” in Mannheim, he remained loyal to the Rhine-Main region for ten years and laid the foundation for his continuous practical and people-oriented approach while working for the market-leading medium-sized company G. L. Kayser. In terms of content, he focused on the areas of Controlling, Sales & Marketing and Road Operations. Since 2009, he has lived in Hamburg, where he initially developed and managed Road Product Management, Pricing, Business Development at Kühne + Nagel’s German headquarters for eight and a half years. Then, two years before joining Hellmann, he took over the cross-product sales management in Northern Germany.

In his current role as Managing Director Germany, he heads the national organization with over 3,000 employees, placing particular emphasis on an authentic management style – in harmony with corporate and employee responsibility. With its F.A.M.I.L.Y. DNA and 150-year history, the medium-sized logistics company Hellmann offers ideal conditions for this. Thus, Sven Eisfeld associates the company with more than just his job.
